“The Suzuki Alumni Project is the inevitable culmination- and continuation- of joy for me. Colleagues around the world who have expressed pride - of bold, humble, modest, loud, grateful sorts - in their Suzuki roots have inspired us to harness that collective energy and channel it into a united effort: to celebrate the Suzuki method of music education.”
— Yumi Kendall, TSAP Founder

Our Motivation

We are the alumni of Suzuki education who celebrate its influence on our lives. We credit the philosophy and teaching approaches offered by Shinichi Suzuki - and cultivated by many others for more than 40 years- for establishing in us the foundations of discipline and joy in music-making and, for many, in other pursuits as well.

Now, as a world- wide family, our shared Suzuki experiences inspire us to celebrate the global reach and personal influence of Suzuki education through dedicated performances by its alumni.
